Settling In

It seems like we are always just go go go and we have not had a lot of time just to relax in our new place.   I say this knowing that tomorrow we are planning another day trip taking us away again, but this past week it has been nice to be home every night as a family.
We have been making juice to take for breakfast in the mornings Ad loves to help me put it together at night, especially the part where we get to taste test it.

Ad has a little toy picnic set and we have pretend picnics in the house all the time.  Tonight though we decided that we would have a real picnic out in the back yard.  Needless to say we got everything out and set up and then the sprinklers turned on. . . it was a nice thought!

Our new pantry is set up just right that Ad can get into it and get whatever she so desires.  Recently it has been the sugar.  We will often find her in the pantry with the door almost all the way shut dishing handfuls of sugar into her mouth.  Which is odd considering she is the child that chooses an apple over a cookie.  Love her to death, she definitely keeps us on our toes!
